You would want to hire a HVAC technician who knows not only to install a system properly but also troubleshoot when something goes terribly wrong. My HVAC had some serious issues and Charles did a wonderful job to identify multiple issues and made it to work! He was able to diagnose, fix and install in one week! He also spoke to the manufacturer and get the parts to get my system running in no time! I would gladly hire this company for future upgrades/installation. Our furnace was working intermittently. I got Charles phone number from my contractor who originally remodeled my house and installed the furnace over 18 years ago. He highly recommended him and said he does all his new installations. I got a quote from Charles substantially less than others. Our furnace is in the attic with small access. Charles and his help had to remove the attic door jams to be able to take the new furnace inside the attic. We had an excellent experience with this HVAC company. Our heater stopped working during cold weather and we needed help quickly. We hired Air Controlled to replace our old, low-efficiency heating and cooling system with a new high-efficiency system.
